Every Wolfgang Jellinghaus historical model is crafted through the Milestone Luthier Centre, an ambitious collaboration founded in 2013 by Wolfgang Jellinghaus and Michael Zhang. Their vision is to preserve and celebrate the evolution of guitar making by faithfully recreating the construction methods, tonal ideals, and aesthetic details of history’s most influential master luthiers. With research and development based in Dortmund, Germany, and meticulous handcraftsmanship carried out by highly skilled artisans in Guangzhou, China, each instrument reflects a remarkable balance between historical authenticity and modern precision.
