Direct from Australia !!! Our first Dan Kellaway guitar has arrived !!!
Incredible sounding & looking concert guitar with a very attractive singing voice, projection & sustain !!!
Sometimes described as a cross between a Simon Marty and a Greg Smallman, Dan builds arched backed lattice braced instruments but uses the same wood as the soundboard for the bracing as opposed to the more common carbon fibre reinforced balsa.
The result is a “woodier” character with more traditional tone colours across the strings but with the evenness and sensitivity of lattice.
