The Camps SP-6-C

The SP-6-C is designed around the traditional Spanish classical guitar concept, where the relationship between the soundboard, body construction and neck is fundamental to the instrument’s voice and responsiveness.

The cedar soundboard brings a naturally warm and immediate quality to the sound, while the solid Indian rosewood body provides depth, richness and a strong foundation for the instrument’s voice. The result is an expressive guitar with a clear, penetrating presence without becoming harsh, making it equally enjoyable for repertoire requiring intimacy and for playing where greater projection is desired.

Just as importantly, Camps places considerable emphasis on ergonomics and playability. The carefully prepared neck and thoroughly adjusted action allow the instrument to feel comfortable and responsive, encouraging the player to concentrate on the music rather than the mechanics of the instrument.

The SP-6-C therefore offers a particularly appealing combination: traditional Spanish character, modern comfort and dependable craftsmanship.
