F-555, Amalio Burguet 1F (Spain)

The Amalio Burguet Model 1F Flamenco Guitar is a superb example of authentic Spanish craftsmanship, handcrafted in Catarroja, Valencia, Spain, by one of the country’s most respected family workshops. Built for players who seek the lively spirit, expressive character, and unmistakable voice of a traditional flamenco guitar, the Model 1F offers an exceptional balance of artistry, responsiveness, and outstanding value.

Founded by Amalio Burguet, whose lifelong dedication to guitar making began in 1966, every instrument reflects decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to traditional Spanish lutherie. Unlike mass-produced guitars, Amalio Burguet instruments are meticulously handcrafted using carefully selected tonewoods that have been naturally seasoned for a minimum of seven years, ensuring exceptional stability, resonance, and long-term musical performance.

The traditional combination of a European Spruce soundboard and Spanish Cypress back and sides produces the bright, articulate, and percussive voice that flamenco guitarists have cherished for generations. With its immediate attack, remarkable responsiveness, crisp projection, and expressive dynamic range, the Model 1F captures the authentic energy and rhythmic character that define Spanish flamenco.

Every detail of the instrument reflects the workshop’s dedication to quality, from its carefully crafted construction and premium materials to its elegant finish and effortless playability. Whether accompanying dancers and singers, performing solo repertoire, or exploring the rich traditions of Spanish guitar music, the Model 1F responds beautifully to the player’s touch, offering both precision and musical expression.

For more than half a century, the Amalio Burguet workshop has remained devoted to producing exceptional handmade guitars that combine traditional craftsmanship with remarkable consistency. Today, their instruments continue to be admired by students, professionals, and collectors around the world for their reliability, beauty, and unmistakable Spanish character.

The Amalio Burguet Model 1F is a wonderful choice for musicians seeking an authentic handmade flamenco guitar built with passion, tradition, and uncompromising attention to detail.
